I have lowered my TPL's down quite a bit and combined with Mac fan controls to kick in at 60* and max out the fans at 90* and with all this I have made the bootcamp experience much better than before.

Curious on experience with others in here who have played with similar settings.

With the latest drivers, we have found the thermal management to be acceptable and have not had to adjust any settings. Verify that you have the latest graphics driver especially in Device Manager, as that seemed to make a world of difference in our environment.

Could you verify the version number for the drivers if you don't mind?

It will have to be after we go back onsite after all of this social distancing passes. Unfortunately, I only have one 16" MBP at work that is running Boot Camp, and the user has it at her house at this point due to the closures.
