16" MBP fans running in sleep mode after after 11.6 updates

I noticed that the fans on my 16" MBP stay on in sleep mode. I think this started recently when I did the latest updates. This is annoying!... They don't run full blast but it's annoying enough to the point where I have to shutdown completely because if I'm not using the laptop and it's in the same room with me I will hear it and it's distracting, especially at night when I want to sleep. Nothing has changed as far as setting go so I suspect it's the update. Anyone else having this issue I cannot find anything on this problem.

Well it looks like I'm the only one with this problem I guess.. I tried all the usual resets and stuff. Today got on the phone with Apple Support and they had me do the SMC and PRAM reset again and that did not solve the problem. Next they had me reinstall the OS (11.6) and that did not solve it. So now it has to go into repair as they say it might be something with the hardware.
