The extra time I believe has strictly been for iOS management. Nothing to do with the hardware...obviously.

It's easy to assume this, but what if they just recently resolved overheating issues with the A5? Or worse, what if they still haven't resolved them. I guess we will see soon. Hopefully the 4s is ready for Primetime.
