16 Pro vs 17 Pro - same size screen protector?

Same exact size? I see a number of products on Amazon that list both models as fitting the one screen protector.

I suppose this is the case.

Normally, on the new phone if bezel is thinner, earpiece change, notch / dynamic island change, then a new cutout is needed. But this time it seems even with the selfie cam upgrade, the dynamic island is the exact same dimension.

But the phone size is slightly different so the tool for applying the protector won't work. Right?
