Is it possible to downgrade to beta 2? Are they still allowing beta 2 installs? Done a clean install setup as new but in 5 hours I've gone from 100% to 51%. Beta 3 is proving a lot less stable than beta 2 and just wondering if they close beta 2 signing yet

Since it is not officially released, you can downgrade to a previous beta because beta 2 has not expired yet. Just find the IPSW yourself and restore your device in iTunes.
If you are experiencing problems, why not just use iOS 6.1.3 again?

because I am enjoying iOS7 and helping to debug issues in iOS 7 for a friend who builds apps. and I found beta 2 more stable than beta 3

Thank you for taking the time to do a clean install, adding more proof that many of the bugs people are seeing are present no matter what the install type.
