So I'll be studying in London next semester (from Texas) and I wanted to know how my Applecare+ will work over there. I've read that it's region specific, so would I still be able to call Apple (America) and have them ship a replacement phone to London if I broke my phone? I know there is Apple retail over there but I'm not sure they'd be able to help me because Applecare+ is region specific and I'm not sure they'd have the same A1429 iPhone 5 model (I'm on Verizon).

On a separate note, anyone familiar with London know which carriers will have bands compatible with an A1429 iPhone 5? I'm trying to find a good pre-paid cell plan that will include at least 1GB of data but I've been unsuccessful

Apple won't do any warranty or replacements outside of the country where it was bought

For the prepaid plans, check our three. They have unlimited data
