My desktop icons flickers

My icons don't flicker

I didn't download the mp4 (I generally don't download things I'm unfamiliar with), but what computer are using?

Happened to me too. It was Google Drive. I quit it form the menu bar and the issue has gone away.

yeah, upon further usage, i found the whole finder window flickers.

so its google drive that's causing it. just restarted google drive app. hope it solves the problem.
