Newsleecher alternative on OS X?

I'm a newcomer to OS X and was wondering if there's a good newsgroup client program available? I'm used to using Newsleecher under W*ndows XP and mostly use it to download binaries by importing NZB files, but so far haven't had much luck finding a Mac equivalent.
