I have an iBook G4 with an ATI Radeon 9550 card. I recently purchased a 22 in monitor with native res 1680 x 1050. I thought that when I set it up, there was a 1680 x 1050 in the display prefs, but I moved my setup, and now this resolution does not show up in system prefs. Does anyone know how I can get the native res?

Thanks.

The iBooks are restricted to screen mirroring. The only way to run your monitor at its native resolution is to use screen spanning where your desktop is stretched across both displays. For that you need to install the Screen Spanning Doctor.

I already have screen spanning doctor installed, but it doesn't give me the 1680 x 1050 option. Do you have any other suggestions? thx
