When i go to connect to wifi on my phone no signal comes up. I have wifi connections everywhere i go, but nothing is coming up on my phone. NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Known issue with 4S. your Wifi radio is dead. Take it to Apple Store.

its covered under warranty.

No, you'd have to contact the Apple store to get that information.

Probably around $50-60 if you're unlucky.

This is such a common issue that Apple frequently gives free out of warranty replacements for it, though.
