I have a 16gb ipod touch with 1.1.1 jailbroken what is the quickest/easiest way to a jailbroken 1.1.4

Depends who you ask.

I'm a ZiPhone fan, but that doesn't have a 100% chance of success. You could try PWNing it... but theres always the chance of brickage.

You first need to do an update to 1.1.4. A clean install would work better. Then use ZiPhone (my choice). It should take about a minute. Install community resources, install OpenSSH. Done. Now you decide.

Stay way from the crap that is ziphone. Restore to 114 then use iplus20 or ilberty+. They will do everything including putting installer, BSD subsystem...etc.

I still haven't seen a real convincing reason to go to 1.1.4. Sure you get wiggly(whatever they call it) icons, but other than that my 1.1.1 with the appropriate patches is more stable than both of my buddies (yes, I have more thant two friends... geez!) 1.1.4 ipods.

So if i have a jailbroken ipod 1.1.1 if i click restore will it take me to a blank 1.1.4.

And can you give me a link to iplus or ilberty
