Yes, 16GB will be fine for you until it's not.

You should be fine as long as the apps you are using aren't ones that need a lot of space. Most apps are fairly small but ones that are graphic intensive or store photos/videos can get larger.

You should be fine as long as you don't have dozens of large apps (games).
