We have an external battery pack called the Pebble Intelligent Battery Life that has a capacity of 13200 mAh@3.7v. It says the output is 5v/1A, 16v-19v/3.5A.

Can I use this to charge an iPhone 5 or an ipad2 and if so, which voltage do I select? I can choose between the 16v or the 19v.
