17" 2011 - SSD - Any Changes?

Hi guys,
I've been away for a couple of weeks and have had my finger off the pulse. I want an SSD for my 2011 17" pro and was going to order the intel 320. I now see that crucial lists the M4 as compatible, have the problems with them been resolved?

Crucial M4 seems to work fine now with firmware 2. It worked fine in my MBP 2011 13".
