17.4 Beta (RC) ……Stuck on Preparing Update

Hi all.

Long term beta user & never had this problem at all. As per the pic , trying to download 17.4 RC however just been stuck on preparing update for what is over 90 mins now. My WiFi is strong , I have enough storage etc , however just not moving. Previous updates I’ve had about 5 min wait at most.
