As far as i know the only ACD's are 20", 23" and 30"

To be honest, I can't see the sensibility of making a 17" ACD as most users today want a 19" or bigger monitor.

17" monitors were popular two or three years ago but are generally considered a tad too small today.

The only reason i was wanting the 17" is because the rooms small and i dont want the PC monitor to eclipse my 26" TV

You could probably find one of the old acrylic ACDs, which did come in a 17" model, but I wouldn't recommend it. We've had 4 here at work, and the backlight has gone out on all of them over the course of time.

What are you using the monitor for? I know we love ACDs ... but why don't you go get a 19inch widescreen dell or HP lcd? About half the price of the ACDs and even slightly smaller.

Heck.. get a cheaper 19inch (if you dont' need really great color accuracy [or as good as you can get in an lcd]) and aren't too picky. I have a 22 inch acer here and you get get some good deals online on the 19inch ... it's not the greatest, but after some color and contract adjustments it gets the job done well. Viewsonic? anything under 160 or 170 USD online ordered. With the money you save you could save up for a bigger HDTV later too :p :)

i cant see apple making a 17 acd. Its just too small, especially for a widescreen.
