I have a 17" iMac Late 2006 that had the LCD replaced twice in 2010 (for the vertical line issue, and then the new LCD didn't work properly).
When the iMac is switched on, the Apple start up logo has fuzzy edges (it looks like there are blue spots everywhere), and the spinning wheel is blurry and fuzzy.
Also, if you install Windows on boot camp, the screen is all fuzzy.

Does anyone know what is causing it? Thank you for any help!
