Since receiving my 17" MacBook Pro from the repair depot to look into the Speakers creating random popping/crackling or static noises randomly (commonly discussed here), the audio popping noise is now worse. In fact additional issues have occurred up since the repair. I was able to recorded it and put it on Youtube:

Issue 1 is the Audio Static Popping from the Speakers, occurs near the end of the video:

Issue 2 is the odd whiplash fan noise from startup, which never occurred on previous MacBook Pros:

Issue 3 is the noisy hinge when moving the display, even with little force it creaks:

For what I bought and used for, these issues are unacceptable UNLESS it was a Windows PC Laptop. I can't believe Apple's Quality Control & Engineering Department didn't pay more attention when these issues occur before shipping.

I just sent an email to an AppleCare Rep BUT yet to hear from him.

Anyone else having these issues? That's all I got.
