I have a 17" powerbook that will not accept a dvd or cd. There is no disk in the drive, but it acts as if there is. If I open system profiler, I do not even see the superdrive listed under hardware. Should I? What happened?

It spits the disk back out... no matter how much you push

I have a new 17" PB and the Superdrive wouldn't eject the disk - took it into the Apple store and they sent it out for repair. It was back in 2 days - no problems. I know it's hard to part with it but AppleCare turn around seems to be pretty fast.
