Well, I made it to day three and the back of my iPhone 17 Pro Max is already cracked. Strange thing is I haven’t even dropped it once. 🤬

You can just return an iPhone if it breaks within 14 days? That’s news to me.
Apple will look after people more so around launch. People have had exchanges for accidents etc. this has zero impact points, they’ll exchange it for a new one (if purchased from them) as part of goodwill. If not, the Genius Bar will cover the above under warranty.

Come on OP, tell the truth. it would not crack on it's own like that. There is something you are not telling us all in this thread.
I bet they’ll want to know!

OP:
Have you ever accidentally dropped your iPhone, subjected it to heat especially in super hot weather, like when the Vapor chamber went off, or if it was just in your pocket?

Maybe if it was tucked away in your back pocket, you might have just sat on it without even realising it!

Is your iPhone 17 Pro still under AppleCare?

Did you ever use a really strong MagSafe charger on it?

And have you been using a case since you got it?

Let me know what happened! Take care.
