Hi folks,

I just upgraded to the new 17" glossy uMBP, and was wondering if anyone has any correctly calibrated profiles they could share. A while ago, there was someone on here with a 15" one that I used.

Thanks!

Thats not the best idea because displays vary, even if you take two identical Macbook Pros with the same screen and everything they will both come out with slightly different calibrated profiles.

Buy a Spyder3 Elite calibrator. Can get one for around £130.

I'll pay you £30 to use it!

I know that they display vary, even if the model number is the same. That being said, I have had good luck in the past using profiles calibrated for the same model of display.

So, if anyone has a new unibody MacBook Pro they have calibrated, I'd appreciate it very much to give it a try!

Thanks.

Post your LCD model number.

Also, is there anything particularly wrong with the colours on your display, or are you just wanting another profile to compare?

My 17" glossy MBP is enroute from China.

I'll be calibrating with my Sypder3Elite--I'll post the file when I'm done.

Thanks! Looking forward to it, as I'm sure you are waiting for delivery!

There's nothing significantly wrong with the colours, but I know they can be better. Unlike my old 15" which was shocking out of the box and needed the professional calibration.

I just thought I'd ask, as I like trying different profiles.

My display model number is: 00009CCD, manufactured by LG.
