This thread is a work in progress. I've posted several pics already in my twitter feed (twitter.com/ayasin). Here are the specs:

Stock 17" unibody MBP with the following upgrades:
- 2.93 GHz processor
- 7200 RPM 320 GB HD

This XBench was run with the "Higher Performance" option selected in power options.

And which video card is being used?

I don't really trust xbench results, but these look nice though. Thread test is nearly double my 2.4ghz 17" MBP and CPU is about 50 points higher.

Then again, I don't understand why the thread test would be faster on "better battery" than "better performance".
