17" unibody through airport security.

Has anybody taken a 17" unibody on a plane yet. Was just looking at Qantas regulations on laptops for international travel and it had the following statement:

"Before x-raying, the laptop computer must be removed from its carry case and the battery removed from the laptop."

Obviously, that's a problem for the 17" unibody. Has anybody had issues (or not) yet?

Took mine through Belfast International and London Gatwick this week, no problem whatsoever.

They want you to remove the battery because there´s a potential cavity there, not because of power issues. In the 17" there is no easy accessible cavity.

I have never, not once, been asked to remove the battery in my mbp 15" when going through security.

I've never had to remove my battery from my 15" MBP. Actually, I can't even remember the last time I had to take it out of its sleeve!
