General Control Center application shortcut changed

First time I see this.. can't figure why.. I used to have "music" instead of "tumblr".
Anyone can explain this to me please?

sometimes mine says safari ... it seems to play the audio from other apps that are open in the background ... kill your tumblr app and it will go away.

Generally whatever the last application that used the sound on the phone will be listed there now.

What ever was the last app to use the media controls. If you play a track using music.app, it will change to that.

This has been around for a while, except in a different spot.

Not really so much what is still open, but what used those controls last essentially.
