Issues with Mail in Mavericks

Hi -

I installed Maverick latest patch (10.9.2) a couple of weeks ago and it did not resolve my issues with Apple Mac Mail.

The email account keeps caching emails. Also, mail seems to start and never end some kind of update on the attachment file names. I get multiple "Updating Attachment names for messages". -- see attachment in the activity monitor.

In fact, I am experiencing the same issues as stated here:

I never had the problem with mountain lion; and I am having the issue in multiple Macs with Maverick.

Anyone is having the same issues? Any resolution?

Problem still persists in the 10.9.3 release

I have downloaded the update today and the problem persists but with a twist. Strangely enough there is no documentation that Apple has made any change regarding Mac Mail in 10.9.3. patch. But... see a snapshoot of my activity manager. Obviously a bug, probably related to the same issue.

Anyone?
