Universal task app?

I'm looking for an universal task app which preferably works on iPad, Android, pc and Mac. Is there any?

A task app that works cross platform? In which case I might say a web based task app is always going to be your best bet for true cross platform.

Google Tasks maybe?

Wunderlist fits the cross-platform requirement. I haven't used it myself so I can't comment on its suitability otherwise.
