Possible Flaws in the intel core duo?

Hi guys, I found these links via Slashdot on possible problems with the intel core duo, they don't sound too serious but I thought you might want a look

The 7447 (G4) has 36
The 970FX (G5) has 24.

The OS already boots and runs apps fine. I don't even think software updates will be required.
