What was the big box?

Before the recent keynote there was a lot of talk about a big box-like structure outside Flint Center. In the articles that were published afterwards, however, the box was never (?) mentioned. What was it?

But leading up the event there was a lot of press about a giant structure being put together outside the Flint Center. What happened in there? Is it a secret?

It housed the new mac mini. It was an Easter egg that no one found. It was almost certainly coming if someone found it.
