Contract-free buyers: Getting 6 or 6 Plus?

Also, the reason I ask specifically related to the contract-free version is, when you compare the full cost at each storage level, in USD, it's hard not to want to pay the additional $100 for the plus.
Basically, 12-15% additional cost for a 40% larger (in area) screen. For those under contract paying the lower price for the device, the cost bump is 25-50% more to go from the 6 to 6 Plus.

I'm grabbing the 6 Plus. I hate spending over $800 on a smartphone, but I'm HOPING that I won't need to change phones for AT LEAST 2 years.
Yeah, this is my first time upgrading and needing to pay full price. It's a killer, but T-Mobile monthly rate can't be beat. Over 24 months, still cheaper than AT&T so I guess I just have to suck it up.

Well, I wound up ordering the 4.7" iPhone 6 64 GB model. Says available to deliver on the 19th. Hope it does and I don't immediately think "damn, I wish I got the 5.5" version"
Did you change your mind last minute because the 6 Plus got sold out or is the 4.7 iPhone 6 what you wanted all along?
Good question. Since seeing the choices on Tuesday, I locked in to the 4.7" version. Then last night, I was leaning strongly towards the 5.5". Then after I could not receive the Plus for a few weeks, went with the regular iPhone 6. First instinct, I think it's the right choice for me
