This isn't meant to be a pissing match over which phone is better. Just my observations for someone like me.
I preordered the 6. I spent the past week kicking myself for not trying for the 6plus. I got to see the 6plus in store today, and I admit it didn't look too big. It even felt nice in my hands.
However, after spending the day with the 6, I have a feeling I won't need any bigger.
One reason, is I'm used to carrying my phone in my front pocket. I am female, average size, so my pants have average sized pockets. For work I wear khakis. Not big sloppy cargo-pant khakis, but just tailored khakis. The phone sticks out at an angle (so afraid it will fall out) It sticks out in Jeans pockets too. I'm a size 8... not too big, not too small.
The 4.7 will take some time to get used to. I think I will learn to like it. But I admit I'm relieved I didn't get the plus.
I have 2 kids who always get my hand me down phone. The kid who is destined to get my 6 in 2 years is NOT HAPPY lol. The 4.7 phone is too big for her lil size 00 pants pockets
She's jealous that the other sister gets the 5 instead!
Would love a 4" option with the next iPhone! Portable with more features please!
