Safari Spinning Wheel of Death?

After the latest Developer Preview, occasionally Safari and only Safari has spinning wheel.

Doesn't go away.

Doesn't have a reason it starts.

But the browser works. Can switch tabs, can open links, etc.

Anyone else have this problem?
