To be honest with you I've not had a chance to test it on my iP6 yet, but given the 'feature' existed with all previous 5S' and the camera in the 6 is basically the same, I suspect it will be there.Yea that's the exact problem I mean so are pretty much all iphone 6's have that flaw?
It's not exclusive to the 6, these 'lens flares' started when they launched the 5S. None of my previous iPhones (2G, 3G, 4, 4S) did it.
Here's a few pictures in low-level sunlight pointing directly into the sun, taken on my old 5S (I now have a 6). Each photo has been through Instagram, but you can still clearly see the annoying 'dot'...

I have the same issue on my plus. I have never seen it with any of my previous iPhones. It occurs when I have a bright light source in the shot. It moves around depending upon where the light source is. I'll be bummed if I get to edit all photos with bright light sources in them to compensate for this issue. I wonder why this occurs on the new phones and not the old ones. I can appreciate that DSLR cameras are more sophisticated but what is the difference between this camera and my iPhone 5 camera that causes this issue.
