Post here ideas on how to prevent this from happening so we can save future phones. Will cases that are hard plastic or ones that are rubber on the inside and hard on back work?

Dropping the phone. I get it, it happens.
Submerging in water, toilets etc. again I get it

but just bending from being in your pocket for a while? If you bend over with your phone in your pocket?
That's a little too fragile man!

That's too common sense, DUH. I'll never understand why people put their phones in a back pocket. Oh wait, they have to do that to be cool. 😀😀

Make no difference whether they sat on it, or bent it by confining it in front pocket. Same outcome. If you want a 6 Plus wear a man purse.

I would say when putting your 6+ in your pocket, make sure to do so screen facing the leg. That's just me.
