I was reading some of the nominations in the Ugliest forum thread, and wondered if there were any "Ugliest website" threads. Searching actually didn't find one. So, I was thinking we should find it. And maybe the more skilled among us (not me) could chip in an maybe give the poor guy some help.

I'd say any website that has a million pop-up windows (smashits.com--haven't visited in a while, but it used to, mp3.com, etc, etc, etc)--especially the sites that have pop-ups that get passed the pop-up blockers.

Holy crap, I think you've got a winner there. I'd redesign his site for free as a public service, just to keep any more people from suffering possible retinal damage.
I think they need an "Extreme Makeover" show for websites...

What would you say if I told you that I had him as a professor for a class last semester. That was the source page for many reading assignments. This is what my eyes felt like by Thanksgiving:

If my very first webpage (done on Angelfire back in 1998) was still up and running I'd definitely nominate it. Hopefully I can say I've come a long way since then.

The irony of this one is that the guy makes fun of other people's terrible websites... but his is pretty ugly IMO. Decent content, but hard to navigate too.
