17PB Fan Noise!!

I've had my 17AluPowerBook for about 5 1/2 months now ( got it in mid-March ) and have been happy with it. I recently bought the Neverwinternights game so I could take advantage of the Nvdia graphics card and the big screen. Now I've noticed that after a couple of hours playing the game, I hear the fan noise and it's quite irritating. Has anyone else had this problem? I've never experienced this on my ice iBook before. Is this the much discussed G4 Powerbook fan noise I've been hearing from the 15'Titaniium PB? Should I take it tot he Genius Bar at the Apple store? Please Help!!
