Resolved 180gb of System Files, is it normal?

My storage is showing that im using 183gb for System Files.

Is this normal? It's seems like a lot to me just for system files. Some machines are still selling with only 128gb of total storage.

Also If I sum all folders on my HD (Users + Library + Applications + Systems) it takes around 985gb, but the total usage storage is 1120gb, so I'm missing over 130gb

Run this command in Terminal and tell us the output. It will show the size of all the base folders, including all system and hidden files.

sudo du -d 1 -x -c -g /
