Is there a way I can bookmark a link to only show threads with my posts in them? Currently I can only find a way to do it manually.

Also, I keep getting email notifications of new posts in the threads I've participated in, and even though I've apparently disabled it, they keep coming. So where exactly can I disable all emails here?

Thank you. :)

To see only threads you've posted in, you can set it up to subscribe to every thread you post in, and set it to not email you too. Then bookmark this URL and every time you visit it, it will show you the activity, if any, in those threads.

In your User CP, under Edit Options, you can set the default email subscription settings.

Or you can also see all the posts you've made or threads you've started by going to your profile page and clicking the tab for Statistics and there are the links for those there.
