1999 R.O.C. Date in Calendar and Email

Hi!
A few days ago my iPhone4 decided it was 1999. Apple said it needed the new 4.1 software update but that hasn't fixed it. Anyone know what this means and how to fix it?
On the calendar the days are correct ie 10/13 but it says 10/13/99 R.O.C. and on my gmail at the bottom is says "Updated 10/13/99 R.O.C."

Please help!
