Hey everyone,

I've had my MacBook for a year now so obviously the applecare has run out. Just yesterday i noticed that the bottom right corner of my macbook doesn't touch the ground. I've tried on various surfaces what should i do.

Does the case seem warped otherwise? Is the battery warped? Is this obvious and does it infringe on your daily use of the computer?

If so, contact Apple anyway and see if it's a known issue or something they'll want to help you with without a charge. Otherwise they'll suggest repairing it, which will most likely be pretty costly.

P.S. It's your warranty that's run out, not AppleCare - AppleCare is an optional program that extends your warranty coverage and support to 3 years.
