1GB -> 2GB on 2.16Ghz MacBook...Worth it?

So I have 2.16Ghz MacBook with 120GB and I was thinking of getting another GB of RAM so that it would run better. All I do is use all of the Apple software and play Age of Empires III. Is it worth it to add another GB...will I see noticeable changes in my computer's performance.

Fire up Activity Montor and look at the page outs. If the number is high, you will benefit from more RAM.

the jump in performance will be quite noticeable, so its definitely a worthy and well invested upgrade. price of a GB of ram is quite cheap nowadays anyways.
