Hey guys

I found my first gen iPhone after it being missing for quite some time :D

But now I see it's stuck in the past. The Firmware is 1.1.4 and the modem firmware is 04.04.05_G. The iPhone is jailbreaked and unlocked. How can I proceed in order to have 3.X there and keep it unlocked? Just plug it to iTunes and then use one of those programs?

Thanks :apple:

You need something prior to iTunes 9 and the jailbroken filmware to do it. If you plug it in right now your going to end up with iTunes 9 flashing 3.1

I think on my laptop the iTunes is still on 8.X. Where can I get the jailbroken firmware?

Get the stock files here:http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750

The one you want is "3.0.1 (2G): iPhone1,1_3.0.1_7A400_Restore.ipsw"

Update to that in iTunes by holding down option (mac) or shift (windows) when you click the restore button, then navigate to the file.

Then get the 3.0 file "3.0.0 (2G): iPhone1,1_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw" and run the jailbreak/unlock using this tutorial with the 3.0 file that you just downloaded:
http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=4302 (windows)
http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=4304 (mac)
Skip step 2 as you've already done it, do step 1 then continue from step 3

You'll be good to go.
