1st gen 2.2.1 jailbreak

I currently have a first gen touch running 2.2.1.. i cant find a jailbreak out there that actually works. any help??

Why not just update to iOS 3.1.3 and use redsn0w?

I think only PwnageTool and maybe some versions of WinPwn can do that.
