1st Gen Extreme or 2nd Gen Express

I've got both and I only need one. They both give good reception and I do not need all the extra ethernet ports, neither do I need to plug external speakers in.

I was wondering is the Extreme going to have a better aerial as it's a lot bigger, or is the express just as good due to improved technology.

IMHO especially the old wall-plug type Expresses had problems with the power supplies.
I'm on my 3rd Extreme now and none had any problems. With power bricks or otherwise.

Does the first gen extreme have simultaneous dual-band capability? If not, the 2nd gen express does, and this has been a useful feature to me -- set up the 2.4 GHz band for my wife's old XP laptop, and the faster 5 GHz band for my Macs.
