Hi all,

I'm switching to ATT in a couple weeks, but just yesterday my boss gave me a 1st gen iPhone, never opened, that he received as a gift and has no use for. So, basically, can I still activate the 1st gen iPhones from iTunes this week, or what will happen if I wait 2 weeks when my Verizon contract is up?

Anyone else in this situation, I'm just hoping I don't have to go to the ATT store for this to activate. Any ideas?

Tom

You can activate when you have an AT&T account

You can sell it.. PM me if you want. Prices Prices.

It's possible that the serial number shows when you bought it, so you could take it into Apple and see if it is eligible to be replaced for the new iPhone. Just a thought.
