Hello all. just received a free 1g iphone and id like to use it.

looking to use my tmobile sim(calling and texting)
jailbreak
unlock(ofcourse)

but i notice when looking though all the stickys most support stops at 2g.

can i just download any custom firmware for iphone 3.1.3 and lower?
