My first gen. iPod Shuffle (512) is messed up. When I plug it in the lights go on, but it never mounts. I've tried running the shuffle recovery on both a mac and a PC. The recovery won't work on the mac because it doesn't even mount. It mounts on a PC and the recovery runs, but afterward it says the iPod is 'corrupted'. I've searched online and the Apple website.

Any help?:apple:

I've never encountered anything like that with my 512MB shuffle. Is it still uner warantee? You might have to give apple a yell, or just wait to see if someone else replys to this thread :p
