1st gen Macbook Pro 1,1 not charging

I have replaced the battery the charger and the logic board on my macbook pro and it still will not charge the battery. The light on the magsafe will not turn on.
When I plug in it does power the unit so that I can use it and it does recognize there is a battery it just says not charging.

Ive tried my battery in my buddies macbook pro and it works great. Ive tried my charger and it works great. Again I did also replace the charge board with the sound and everything on it. Any Ideas?
