Has anyone else found the performance sluggish?

I have the 12.9” if that makes any difference. The Apple Pencil didn’t work until the 10th go of turning on and off bluetooth.

I’ve done an OTA update rather than using my mac to do a full update.

The new splitview does not let me search for apps in the second screen?

I liked that feature somewhat.
