can i replace the aging battery in my 1st gen unibody 15" mbp with a battery from one of the newest gen 15" mbps?

actually it's an early 2009. Thought it was a first gen but looked again and I believe it's an early 2009, got it in April of 09. Ok, is there an upgraded battery for that model over stock? I'm getting about 2 hours of battery life if I push it and it's getting a little annoying if I bring it to school to have to bring my charger with me and have it plugged in more often then not..

thanks for the reply, I originally posted over on mac-forums.com in august and never heard a peep...

If you have MBP early 2009 i think it's not possible use battery from MBP 2011.
They are a little different.

I figured since it was a jump in model that it wouldn't work, but they're the same size and everything so I figured there might be a chance. It'd be nice to upgrade from this 50watt-hour battery :(
