Hey guys,

I just bought a 13" MBP the other day and I've been diligently looking online for a good case. I decided to get the Speck SeeThru. There's an older model of it that came out 2-3 years ago thats half the price of the new one. Do you think it'll still fit the new MBP's with Thunderbolt port? I'm trying to save money on cases and don't want to spend too much. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ah, sorry. I should clarify. This is the one I was talking about

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002EL4M98/ref=s9_simh_gw_p23_d0_i2?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-3&pf_rd_r=108FE45GXXPXMXMXFZC7&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938811&pf_rd_i=507846

The description says it was made for the aluminum unibody/black keyboard versions which includes the June 2009 release. I'm just wondering if thats also the same size as the 2011 versions.

I don't think it makes a difference. But don't quote me on that. Personally, I just bought the new incase for my MBP yesterday and I love it! This case is perforated and allows for better heat transfer through the case and such. We all know how hot these little buggers get, and with a case, it's even worse. But with this one, I haven't noticed a difference yet. Only downfall is the price tag :'( http://www.goincase.com/products/detail/perforated-hardshell-case-cl57467
